Greg Hayes is the Managing Member and founder of West Virginia Therapy Services. Prior to starting WVTS, Greg attended Fairmont State University where he received his Associate's Degree as a Physical Therapy Assistant. His career as a PTA began in a local out-patient clinic before transitioning into Long Term Care for a contract therapy company. Greg quickly moved up the ladder, becoming a Regional Assistant Manager, overseeing operations throughout WV. In 2006, Greg decided to expand his career into ownership, and started West Virginia Therapy Services. In 4 short years, the company has grown to be one of the most recognizable contract therapy companies in the state of WV. Greg currently lives in Worthington, WV with his wife Christy and two wonderful children, Hannah & Tyler. He is a member of Monongah Baptist Church and enjoys hunting, golfing & WVU sports in addition to spending time with his family.

Jack Spatafore is the Vice President of West Virginia Therapy Services. He helped start WVTS, alongside Greg, in 2006. Jack is also involved as an owner of Bridgeport Physical Therapy, an outpatient clinic located in Bridgeport, WV. Jack received his Masters of Science in Exercise Physiology from the WVU School of Medicine and his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Shenandoah University. He is also an active member of the WV Physical Therapy Board, which is involved in making physical therapy safe and accessible. Jack lives in Bridgeport, WV with is wife Maria and 4 wonderful children Olivia, Anthony, Jack & Nina. Jack has an immense enjoyment for life because of his strong relationship with the Lord. He loves spending time with his family and working one on one with patients to help them achieve their goals.

Amy Dotson started with West Virginia Therapy Services in February of 2008. Amy was hired as an Executive Assistant, but quickly proved to be a great asset to WVTS and was promoted in 2009 to the Director of Administrative Services and again in 2010 to VP of Administration. Amy has been responsible for the creation and implementation of many of the policies and procedures WVTS currently uses. Amy attended school at West Virginia University and Fairmont State University where she studied Forensic Science. Amy currently lives in Fairmont, WV with her husband Mike and their son Maddex. Amy loves doing activities outside, spending time with her family and being a mother.

Ester Jones is the VP of Operations for West Virginia Therapy Services. Ester has a B.S. in Medical Technology and her Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy from West Virginia University. She began her professional career working in an outpatient rehabilitation hospital. Ester then accepted a job as an Occupational Therapist working in a Long Term Care setting. She was quickly promoted to a Program Manager and again to a Clinical Specialist. In 2008, Ester was hired by WVTS as the VP of Operations, which provided her with the responsibility of overseeing operations in all facilities, in addition to developing programs and staff training/education. Ester is a licensed OT in WV and registered by the National Board of Certified Occupational Therapy. She is also a current member of the American Occupational Therapy Association. Ester currently lives in Morgantown, WV with her husband Eric and two children Evan & Eric.

Mike Dotson started with West Virginia Therapy Services in January of 2009 after 6 years in the Pharmaceutical Industry and over 10 years of sales experience. Mike attended Fairmont State University and has a B.S. Degree in Marketing & Management. As the VP of Sales & Marketing, Mike oversees all contractual relationships, in addition to the promotional strategies of the company. Since joining the team, WVTS has almost doubled in size and is recognized as one of the larger contracted rehab providers in WV. Mike currently lives in Fairmont, WV with his wife Amy and their son Maddex. He enjoys spending his free time going to sporting events, being involved in high school athletics and being with his family.

Laura Joseph has recently joined the team at WVTS as the Clinical Operations Specialist. Laura has a B.S. in Speech and Hearing Sciences and holds a Masters Degree in Speech Pathology from West Virginia University. She has experience in several employment settings ranging from private practice to acute care. She has over 15 years of management experience in both acute care and skilled nursing. Laura is a licensed Speech Pathologist in WV and is a member of the American Speech/Language and Hearing Association. Laura currently lives in Fairmont, WV with her husband David and three children. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, Zumba, and attending her children's sporting events. Her mission statement is "In Christ, all things are possible!'

Matt Reesman is a PTA & Operations Assistant for West Virginia Therapy Services. Matt graduated from Fairmont State University's PTA program, which led him to spend a few years on the road as a traveling therapist. After completing numerous travel assignments, he found himself back home in WV. Matt worked for a therapy company in Morgantown for a while prior to taking a position as a PTA/Clinical Manager with WVTS in 2009. Matt quickly proved to be a leader within the organization. In 2010, Matt was promoted to Operations Assistant. This promotion provided him with a number of increased responsibilities that are crucial to the operations of each facility. Matt lives in Fairmont, WV with his wife Kylie, who teaches fifth grade.

Racheal began her career in general dentistry and quickly advanced to an oral and maxillofacial surgery assistant after briefly attending Glenville State College. She currently lives in Clarksburg, WV with her husband Chad, stepdaughter Shelbi and their adored Chinese Shar Pei, Max. She grew up in Braxton County, WV where her parents own a cattle farm. Racheal enjoys "life on the farm", four wheeling, traveling and shopping.

| Christy Hayes joined West Virginia Therapy Services in 2006 after spending 5 years in the banking industry. Christy played a very important role in the origination of WVTS, as she assisted with the daily operations. In 2008, Christy was promoted to an Office Assistant in the corporate office. Some of the key responsibilities that Christy holds include payroll, billing and accounts receivable. Christy lives in Worthington, WV with her husband Greg and their two children Hannah & Tyler. Christy is a member of Monongah Baptist Church and she enjoys spending time with her family, as well as bowling, camping, scrap booking & WVU sports. | |
